Here at GRV Parts we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase, but to ensure that every product we ship out is new, every return we receive must also be in a new condition. For faster processing and 100% better service for returns, make sure you the following guidelines:

• All items must be returned within 28 days of their original Purchase date.
• All returned products must be in new condition with no signs of use, in the original packaging, and all tags/stickers/labels/ still attached.
• All returned items are inspected for our team; used and damaged items will be returned to the customer.
• Please note: Fees involved in the transaction are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged in transit or if we sent the incorrect item.
• Our policy offers a refund within 28 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your request.
